KEEP MASHED POTATOES FLUFFY FOR HOURS

To keep mashed potatoes hot and fluffy until you are ready to eat, place a kitchen towel over pot, then cover with lid. The towel will absorb any condensation that forms in the pot, preventing the potatoes from becoming soggy.
