Dipped Ritz Crackers
Filling:
1 1/2 c. Smooth peanut butter
2 1/4 c. Confectioners sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. Melted butter
2 lb. Almond bark
Ritz crackers
Mix peanut butter, confectioners sugar and butter together; spread between Ritz crackers. Take almond bark and melt in double boiler; dip crackers. Enough filling for (4 sleeves) Ritz crackers.
