BAR CHEESE
2 slices bacon, fried, drained, crumbled
2 cups finely shredded white cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/3 cup Mayo
Brown mustard to taste
Mix all the ingredients until composed. Chill for at least two hours before serving with crackers, flat bread triangles or rye bread chunks on the side. Makes 2 cups
