Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole
5 1/2 C. prepared mashed potatoes
1/4 C. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 C. sour cream
2 t. parsley flakes
1 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. ground nutmeg
3/4 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
12 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
2T minced roasted garlic
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
Place first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat on
medium high until fairly smooth and creamy. Spoon
mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon. Cover and
bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through
