Candied Chicken Wings
30 chicken wings
1 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 cup butter
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
Place all ingredients except wings into wok set on medium then stir
until sugar is dissolved. Add wings then cover and stir every 10
minutes. Continue cooking until liquid coats wings approximately 75
minutes.
