Cilantro Tartar Sauce
Makes 1 1/4 cups
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons capers -- drained
3 tablespoons black olives -- pitted, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt and black pepper -- to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
