Snow on the Mountain" Dinner
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 cans green beans
6 medium potatoes, mashed
salt, to taste
Directions:Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Add tomatoes, green beans and salt. Simmer 30 minutes. Place in baking dish and top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-30 minutes, or until brown.
