MY BISCUITS
2 CUPS OF SELF -RISING FLOUR
1/2 POUND (1 STICK) UNSALTED
BUTTER,CUBED
2/3 CUP MILK
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 400 *F
IN A LARGE BOWL ADD THE FLOUR
AND BUTTER BLENDER OR YOUR HANDS
CUT THE BUTTER INTO THE FLOUR UNTIL
IT LOOKS LIKE CORNMEAL THEN MAKE
A HOLE ON THE CENTER AND ADD THE
MILK AND MIX WELL.
TRANSFER THE DOUGH TO A BOARD
THAT HAS FLOUR ON IT AND KNEAD
12 TIMES THEN ROLL TO1/2 INCH
THEN CUT THE BISCUITS OUT WITH
A BISCUITS CUTER AND PLACE ON
AN UNGREASED BISCUIT PAN BAKE
10 TO 12 MINUTES OR TILL BROWN.
MAKES 8 BISCUITS ONLY
