SALT & VINEGAR KALE CHIPS
1 bunch kale (de-stemmed)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
Sea salt
Prep kale, wash and bathe in vinegar. Place in large bowl, drizzle oil over kale and massage thoroughly. Place leaves on dehydrator sheets. Sprinkle some sea salt over kale. Dehydrate on 115 for 5 hours or until crispy.
Don't have a dehydrator?
You can bake in the oven till crisp about 15 minutes.
