Grilled Pork Chops
4 1" thick cut bone-in pork chops
1/4 C. olive oil
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. my all purpose seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper)
1 tsp. montreal grill seasoning
Place the pork chops in a Ziploc bag. Mix together the remaining 4 ingredients. Pour into the bag over the chops and seal. Squish the chops around to spread the marinade. Let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours before grilling. Prepare a hot grill. Once heated, place the chops on the grill for 7 minutes for the first side then flip and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes or until internal temp. is 145 degrees. Remove from the grill and allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
