Beer Braised Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs
Beer Braised Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs
2 1/2 lbs. boneless pork ribs
My house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper)
1 12 oz. can beer (any kind is fine)
2 C. BBQ sauce
1 T. olive oil
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Season each rib with a little house seasoning. Place ribs in the skillet and cook a minute or so on each side to get a little golden brown color. Transfer ribs to dutch oven (I used a ceramic roasting pot). Pour the beer over the ribs, cover and bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and drain off the beer. Pour in the BBQ sauce and spread around. Return to the oven, uncovered, for 1 hour.
