Butterscotch Banana Bread

Butterscotch Banana Bread 3 medium bananas, mashed 1 large egg 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 cup butterscotch chips Preheat oven to 350 degress and spray a 9X5-inch loaf pan with baking spray with flour. Place bananas, egg, oil, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Use an electric mixer and mix until blended. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add flour mixture to banana mixture and stir just until combined. Stir in butterscotch chips. Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
