Sausage Pancake Muffins
2 c. quick pancake mix (just add water)
1/3 c. maple syrup
1 c. water
sausage, cooked and crumbled
Mix pancake mix, syrup and water with wire whisk until blended well.
Pour into muffin tin coated with cooking spray. Fill about 2/3 full. Sprinkle some crumbled sausage into each muffin well.
Conventional Oven:
Place into preheated 350* oven. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick is clean when inserted into centers.
NuWave Oven:
Power - High
Time - 15 minutes
Extender Ring - yes (vented)
Place muffin tin directly into bottom of oven. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick is clean when inserted into centers.
Serve immediately with your favorite syrup.
Makes 12 full size muffins
