Round Steak Dinner
2 pound round steak
Flour
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 cup water
1 can tomato soup
1 lemon, sliced
1 onion, sliced
Dredge and pound flour into steak. Cut round steak into 4 to 6 pieces. In a large skillet, brown steaks. Stir in pepper, water and tomato soup. Add onion and lemon. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hours in skillet or bake at 325° covered for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
