Pork Chops and Gravy
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
6 porkchops
10 3/4 ounce condensed chicken broth
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Mixed first four ingredients in shallow dish. Dredge pork chops in flour; set aside. Mix remaining flour mixture and chicken broth in slow cooker until thoroughly mixed. Pour oil into large skillet; place over medium high heat until hot. Cook pork chops in hot oil just until browned on both sides. Place into slow cooker; pushed down into broth. Cover, cook on high 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until chops or tender.
