Garlic Butter & Mushroom Chops
3-4 Thick Cut Pork Chops
1/4 cup Butter
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup Mushrooms
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large oven-proof skillet, over medium-high heat, combine butter, garlic, mushrooms, salt, pepper, oregano and thyme; cook just until butter is melted. Add chops; seer on each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Place skillet in oven; bake for 35 minutes or until centers are no longer pink. Remove from oven; set chops aside on serving tray. Whisk, until smooth, flour and milk into skillet with remaining liquids. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Serve over top of chops.
