AVOCADO DRESSING AND DIP

AVOCADO DRESSING AND DIP 1 ripe Avocado 1/2 fresh Lime juiced 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 teaspoon cumin seasoning salt to taste FOR DRESSING 1/2 Cup Buttermilk see note below for substitution FOR DIP 1/4 Cup Buttermilk or Soured Milk see note below Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Adjust the amount of buttermilk to get desired consistency. RECIPE NOTES *NOTE: If you do not have buttermilk you can easily substitute it with soured milk. Place 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar into a 1/2 cup measuring cup. Top with milk and let sit 5 minutes. Use to replace buttermilk in any recipe!
