Balsamic Snap Peas
Balsamic Snap Peas
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons shallots minced
2 cups fresh snap peas
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shallots and saute until tender, about 2 minutes.
Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add snap peas and saute until warmed through, about 5 minutes; stir constantly.
Add balsamic glaze and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper.
