Caramel Coffee Popsicles
Caramel Coffee Popsicles
3/4 cup espresso or strong coffee
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons caramel
popsicle molds
Make your coffee. While still hot add sugar and stir till dissolved. Set aside.
Add milk and caramel into a small sauce pan. Cook on medium heat until caramel has dissolved.
Add coffee to milk and stir. Set aside to completely cool.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight!
Notes
*Quantity will vary on size of molds. I used 4 ounce molds.
*If using wooden sticks. Freeze for 1-1/2 hours then add sticks and continue to freeze for 3 hours.
