Homemade Jalapeño Salt
4 #Jalapeño Peppers
2 Tablespoons Salt, I used Kosher
Cut Jalapeño pepper into 1/2 inch slices, place in food processor, process until they are the consistency of the Salt. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour turning every 15 - 20 minutes. Depending on your oven, the time to dry out may be shorter or longer. Once the peppers are all dried out remove from oven and place back in the food processor. Add the salt and process until well blended. Now you have your own flavored salt.
