STIR FRY CHICKEN & ASPARAGUS
2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey (raw)
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 large bunch of asparagus cut into 1" pieces (approx. 3 cups)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cups chopped onion
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast cut into thin slices or chunks
2 tablespoons of bacon bits
Shredded parmesan Cheese
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and honey. Set aside. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the asparagus, onion, and garlic. Cook for approx. 4 minutes. Toss in the chicken, soy sauce mixture, and bacon bits. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Enjoy
