Broccoli Slaw
Broccoli Slaw
1 (16 oz) bag of ready cut Juliened Broccoli
2 Tb Onion, minced
¼ Cup Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ Cup Milk
½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tb White Wine Vinegar
3 Tb Lemon Juice
Combine the Broccoli Slaw and onion in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, vinegar and lemon juice; mix until smooth. Pour mixture over the slaw and onion. Stir to incorporate the mayonnaise mixture with the slaw and chill for 1 hour. Serve as a side dish with fried foods or by itself as a refreshing salad.
