Tex-Mex Shells and Cheese
Boxed velveeta ( noodles and all )
Ground beef, seasoned w/ taco mix.
Can of rotel tomatoes.
( if you dont like spicy, I’d add regular diced tomatoes, or the ones with green chiles instead!)
Boil your velveeta shells, add cheese sauce once done.
Brown meat in a separate pan, once browned add the taco seasoning.
Combine taco meat with the mac and cheese and stir.
Open up a jar of rotel, and dump straight into the pot and mix once more.
