Cream Cheese Pork Chops

Cream Cheese Pork Chops 4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick each 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette 1 tablespoon lemon juice Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, cook pork chops in oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°F. Remove and keep warm. Add the cream cheese, broth, cheese, vinaigrette and lemon juice to the skillet; cook and stir until blended. Return the chops to the pan to coat with the cream cheese mixture and heat through.
