Snack Crackers
Snack Crackers
1/2 C butter, melted
2 T dry ranch salad dressing mix (1 oz packet)
1-1/2 t dried dill
1-1/2 t lemon pepper
1/2 t garlic powder or granulated garlic
1/2 t onion powder or granulated onion
1 – 9 oz. bag oyster crackers.
Heat the oven to 250 degrees.
In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter with dressing mix, dill, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In large bowl, pour oyster crackers.
Gently stir the crackers while slowly pouring liquid mixture on top.
Stir well to make sure the crackers are evenly coated.
Pour onto a large rimmed baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
Hint: I lined my baking sheet with foil for easy clean up!
Bake for 10 minutes, stir, and bake for 10 more minutes.
Let cool and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
