GOODY RELISH
This is awesome especially now that fresh veggies are so plentiful.
GOODY RELISH
3 cucumbers peeled and sliced thin
2 tomatoes diced
1 green pepper diced
1 med onion diced
1 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c scant vinegar (i prefer 2/3 cup)
1/2 c water
Mix together and store in frig
Can use after it sets for 1 day
Keeps about 3 weeks
