Beef Rice

Beef Rice 1 stick margarine - melted 1 med onion - chopped 1 c. regular rice 2 cans beef broth 1 sm green pepper - chopped Saute onion and pepper in margarine. Add rice, and beef broth. Bake in casserole dish at 350 for 1 hour
