12 ounces chocolate ice cream
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 (4 serving size) box instant chocolate pudding mix
3 ounces Grape Nut cereal
In bowl, combine all ingredients. Press evenly into 8 inch square pan.
Freeze until firm.
