Chocolate Chip Cookie Balls
1 14.2 oz. pkg. Keebler Chips Deluxe Cookies
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
20 oz. milk chocolate
Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
In a food processor pulse the cookies until they are just crumbs. Add in the cream cheese and pulse until the cream cheese is completely incorporated. Roll the dough into 1" balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator or freezer to chill. Once firm melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Remove the bowl from the heat and roll the cookie balls in it and place back on the wax paper lined baking sheet. Decorate with sprinkles if you would like. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
