MARINATED TOMATOES
MARINATED TOMATOES
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Seasoning Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 pound grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
Whisk together the first 6 ingredients; toss with green onions, parsley and tomatoes. Marinate at room temperature up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Makes about 8 servings
Do not freeze
