Crock Pot Salisbury Steak
Crock Pot Salisbury Steak
2 pound ground beef
4 tablespoons butter
8 ounces mushrooms slived
1 onion sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup flour
4 cups beef broth
1/2 cup cold water
16 ounce egg noodles cooked
Form the ground beef into 6 patties. Cook slightly in a skillet until brown on both sides. Or you can use a Ninja slow cooker and brown in it.
Place the patties in your slow cooker.
Add the butter, onions, garlic, mushrooms, Worcestershire, and beef broth.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
When finished whisk together the flour and the water.
Slowly stir in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
Serve over cooked noodles
Recipe Notes
You can use frozen hamburger patties if you want. I also love mine served with asparagus.
