Honey n' Brown Sugar Bourbon Beef
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup melted honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups hot water
3-4 lb blade or chuck roast
Place the roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
Combine all of the ingredients and pour over the roast.
Cook on low 8-9 hours or high 6-7 hours until the roast pulls apart easily and the fat has mostly dissolved.
Serve hot and enjoy!
