Shrimp and Sausage Foil Packets
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
6oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 cob corn, cut into pieces
½ lb potatoes, cut into small chunks
2 Tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, and mix well to incorporate.
Take two large sheets of foil, and divide the ingredients equally between to the two.
Fold the sheets up to seal the contents. **If the foil is thin, then wrap the content with another sheet of foil
Grill for 18 – 20 minutes flipping the packets once through the cooking time. Be very careful upon opening as there is a lot of steam!
