SALSA
1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel)
2 avocados, peeled and seeded
1 1/2 cups cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Place all ingredients into blender and pulse to desired consistency. Pour into bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
