Ground Beef Philly
Ground Beef Philly
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 pound lean ground beef
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet. Add onions and green bell pepper. Sautee until tender, about 7-10 minutes. Add ground beef; cook until no longer pink. Add Worcestershire sauce, broth and seasonings; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Serve immediately over rolls or flatbread.
Note: I didn't have cheese but made this anyway. It's was still slamming with cheese dip on top.
