Fiesta Ranch Dip

Fiesta Ranch Dip *1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip - (reduce amount for less intense flavor) 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid) 16 oz sour cream 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Great with veggies too! Enjoy! Tips for "jazzing" up the dip: Add a can of mexicorn or sweet corn (drained). I LOVE this dip with corn added!
