Italian Salad
Italian Salad
1 large red pepper, seeded and diced
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
1/2 small red onion, slivered
3 green onions, sliced
12 fresh basil leaves, washed and chopped
1/2 t garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Make one cruet of Good Seasons dressing per package directions. (The kind in the salad dressing aisle that comes with a little bottle. I used red wine vinegar.) Add 2 tablespoons of sugar ( or not). Mix well. Pour over vegetables. Chill for an hour for flavors to blend. Serve.
