Crockpot Cranberry Porkchops
Crockpot Cranberry Porkchops
4-6 pork chops
1 can jellied cranberry sauce (I used whole berries version)
1/2 cup cranberry juice
2 tbsp spicy mustard
1/4 cup sugar
Slurry - 2 tbsp cornstarch + 1/4 cup water
salt and pepper
Place pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a bowl combine the cranberry sauce, juice, mustard and sugar. Pour over chops.
Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on low. Remove pork chops and add slurry. Mix well and cook sauce on high for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve over pork chops.
