Quick and Easy Honey Nut Cheerios
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a nonstick saucepan over medium high heat, melt butter until foamy, stir in sugar and salt,
and continue cooking until sugar dissolves and becomes golden brown, about 4 minutes.
Carefully remove saucepan from heat, stir in Honey Nut Cheerios™ and sunflower seeds then
quickly pour out mixture on prepared baking sheet and with bake of spoon evenly spread into a
layer.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, break into pieces, and serve.
