Zucchini Fritters
Zucchini Fritters
5 Tbsp. Bisquick
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 c. Zucchini, grated
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Oil for frying
Blend the bisquick, parmesan, salt, pepper.
Add eggs.
Mix zucchini into batter.
Shape batter into patties place into a skillet over medium heat with oil for frying.
Fry 3 mins. on each side.
Place on paper towel to drain.
Serve warm.
