ORANGE-PINEAPPLE CAKE
For Cake
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup cooking oil
For Frosting
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 carton whipped topping
For Cake
Combine oranges, cake mix, eggs and cooking oil and beat at least 3 minutes.
Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake according to cake mix directions.
Let cool.
For Frosting
1. In a separate bowl, combine pudding and pineapple (with juice) and mix well. Fold in whipped topping.
Spread on cooled cake.
Refrigerate cake until ready to serve.
