YUMMY HOT TOPPING
MAKES 2 1/4 CUPS.
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbs light corn syrup
12 oz semisweet chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
IN a saucepan, combine cream and corn syrup, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add chocolate, whisk until melted, stir in vanilla. Serve or pour into a jar, let cool completely before refrigerating for up to 2 weeks. Warm in microwave or in a saucepan before SERVING...Good on ice cream or just eat with a spoon
