Breakfast Casserole – Easy & Flexible
1 can(s) crescent rolls
1 lb pork sausage
6 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 c mozarella cheese, shredded
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Brown Sausage and drain. Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Unroll crescent rolls and press into bottom of pan. Press seams together to seal. Spread sausage over crust. Whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over sausage and top with cheeses. Bake 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
This recipe can be changed to suit your taste. Replace sausage with bacon or ham. Add other extras that you like. Last time I made it, I added 2 baked potatoes diced up and 3 green onions, diced.
