CRUSTLESS QUICHE

CRUSTLESS QUICHE Base 6 eggs plus 2 yolks 1/2 Lb bacon cooked and crumbled 3 Tbsp heavy cream 1/2 Cup jack and cheddar cheese shredded 1/2 Cup spinach shredded salt to taste pepper to taste Garlic powder to taste Topping 4 Oz cream cheese 18 pickled jalapeños Grease a 9" round pie pan. Mix base Ingredients in a large bowl with a hand mixer until mixed well. Pour mixture into greased pie pan. Place dollops of cream cheese on top evenly spaced. Place slices of pickled jalapeños on top evenly spaced. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
