COOKIES in Jars
COCONUT PINEAPPLE COOKIES
2 cups master mix (recipe below)
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup diced dried pineapple
Pre-heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Stir in 1/4 cup water.
Working with 2 tablespoons of dough at a time, roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet 2-inches apart.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool completely on pan.

MASTER MIX RECIPE
9 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups powdered whole eggs
1 cup buttermilk powder
1 1/2 cups vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoons baking soda
1 tablespoon salt
4 cups powdered butter
3 1/2 cups sugar
In a very large bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until thoroughly combined. Store in an air-tight container until ready to use.

ORANGE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
2 cups master mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped dried oranges
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Stir in 1/4 cup water.
Working with 2 tablespoons of dough at a time, roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet 2-inches apart.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool completely on pan.

CARAMEL APPLE WALNUT COOKIES
1 1/2 cups master mix
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup diced freeze-dried apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Caramel squares
Pre-heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Stir in 1/4 cup water.
Working with 2 tablespoons of dough at a time, roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet 2-inches apart.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool completely on pan.
