CREAM PIE - FRENCH TOAST
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
In a baking dish, whisk 8 eggs and 1/2 cup milk, whisk in 2 tsp cocoa powder. Lay 8 slices of French bread in egg mixture for 3 min. In a skillet, melt 1 tbs butter. Add 4 bread slices, cook until golden and cooked through. Repeat with 1 tbs butter and remaining bread. *Spread 3 tbs vanilla pudding on 4 slices of French toast. Top each with a slice of remaining toast. Pour 1/4 cup warmed fudge sauce over each stack. SERVE & ENJOY
