Loaded Baked Potato Dip
Loaded Baked Potato Dip
16 oz. sour cream
16 slices bacon (12 oz. Cooked and crumbled)
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese shredded (2 cups)
1/3 cup scallions or chives chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for about 3 hours to allow all the flavors to blend. Garnish with a little extra cheese, chives and bacon. Serve with your favorite potato chips.
Note: You might want to make a double batch
