SPARKLING MINT LEMONADE Single Drink ½ c. lemonade ½ c. sparkling water 2 Tbsp. mint flavored simple syrup (recipe below) fresh mint and lemon slices for garish Pitcher 4 c. lemonade 4 c. sparkling water 1 c. mint flavored simple syrup fresh mint and lemon slices for garnish For Mint Simple Syrup Combine 1 c. water + 1 c. sugar; bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in ½ - 1 c. fresh mint leaves, cover, and steep 30 minutes. Strain syrup and refrigerate until ready to use. Combine all ingredients; serve over ice.
