Meat Lover’s Pizza Skillet Ravioli
Meat Lover’s Pizza Skillet Ravioli 1 - 28 ounce bag frozen ravioli 1/2 cup diced onion 1 teaspoon oil 1 - 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes 1 Tablespoon minced garlic 1 Tablespoon dried oregano 3/4 cup milk 1 cup cooked Italian sausage 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon 1 cup diced pepperoni 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the ravioli according to the package directions. In a large skillet, saute the onions in the oil. Add the tomatoes, garlic, and oregano and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the milk, sausage, bacon, and pepperoni. Save a few pieces of pepperoni for on top. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cooked ravioli and stir until coated. Top with the shredded cheese and reserved pepperoni pieces. Cover and let sit until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and oregano. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
