DRUNKEN STRAWBERRIES Makes 4 servings.
Combine 1 cup light red wine, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 oz cognac. Stir in 1 pound strawberries, quartered, and refrigerate until cold, 20 min. SERVE over ice cream.
